What can we expect for Attendees in 2023?

  • Attendees seats are limited to 140 Leaders plus additional Guests and Presenters from across the region.
  • Approximately 90% of attendees are Senior Leaders from Acute Care organizations across Oregon & Washington and the expanded West Coast.

What kind of Corporate Partners may Register and Attend?

  • Companies who demonstrate ability to serve "System" level organizations are preferred.
  • Companies who conduct Partnership/Sponsorship with ACNL or AONL are preferred.
  • There are limited Hall and Session Sponsor spaces available. 2022 Corporate Partners/Sponsors are given preference.

What are the Pre/Post Communications Opportunities?

  • NWONL will provide attendee contact information 2 weeks prior and also upon conference close.
  • Partners are expected to direct email attendees once prior and again once after the conference. Attendees may choose to opt-in for additional email/contact.
  • We encourage you to attend the breakfast and lunch sessions as well as social events.

What is the Summary Agenda?

  • Day 1 is a half-day:
    • This time is used for setup and preparation.
    • There is only 1 available Day 1 Session Sponsor.
  • Day 2 is a full-day:
    • There are 2 Session Sponsor opportunities, Morning and Afternoon.
    • The vendor "Hall" will be open all day 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Will you be shipping equipment to the site? 

  • Marriot Portland will assist with Shipping and onsite storage. Ensure you select "Shipping Equipment to Site" during signup to alert the site.
  • Complete and send  the attached form "NWONL 2023 Conference Shipping Form". Equipment will be shipped to:

Do you require Electrical service?

  • We cannot guarantee spaces are adjacent to standard household electrical in the Hall. Either bring a portable power unit or purchase the Dedicated Electrical Services Package to guarantee service is available at your table location.
  • Ensure you select "electricity require" during signup to alert the site.
  • Day 1 and 2 Session Sponsors will have standard household electrical available in the Main Conference Room.

Will you require High-Speed Wireless Internet?                                  

  • Each Corporate Partner/Sponsor organization is provided one high-speed wifi access for Hall booth/table.
  • Marriott Rewards Members receive free internet during their stay when they book a room, there is no additional cost:  Join Today
  • If more access ins needed, the options available: High Speed: $14.95 per day;  Enhanced High Speed $17.95 per day, accessible and paid directly when onsite.

What table/booths are provided or expected?

  • Marriott will provide a standard table, approx. 8ft wide x 30in deep.
  • Small chairs will be provided.
  • Dedicated standard household electricity is available (5 amp, 120v) if needed as an add-on.

Will you Raffle an item to Attendees?

  • We encourage a "fish bowl" style raffle.
  • Each Corporate Partner/Sponsor is encouraged to raffle and item. We recommend prizes less than $100.
  • Raffle winners will be selected and announced Day 2 during the late afternoon break. Partners will be called up to briefly announce and award their prize.

Will you be staying overnight ?

  • NWONL has secured a limited set of rooms as a Discounted Conference Rate of $179.00 base per night. Book here: Room Reservations
  • The cutoff date for booking is no later than Friday, May 12th, 2023.

Will you be driving in? Both onsite Valet parking and abundant offsite parking is available:                                                                   

  • Valet at the Marriot is $49.00 per car, per night/$78 for oversized vehicles.
  • An optional Area Parking Map for self-park is attached to help locate adjacent parking.

    Corporate Partner/Sponsor Check In

    If able, use this time to check-in with the Marriot and NWONL staff for the Hall and Day 1 and 2 Session Sponsor events and for Hall space preparations.

  • 3:00pm - 6:00pm

    Day 1 Afternoon Welcome and Social

    This session will be open to the single Session Event Sponsor for both the Welcome event and Evening Social.

  • 5:00pm - 7:00pm

    Event Space Table Setup

    The Hall will be open for setup for readiness on Day 2 at 7:30am.

    Breakfast & Hall Opens

    Paid Corporate Partners/Sponsor are invited to join the morning Breakfast with attendees. The Hall will be open for attendees starting at 7:30am.

  • 8:30am - 11:30am

    Day 2 Morning Sessions & Interim Breaks

    This session will be open to the single Session Event Sponsor for both the Day 2 Morning Sessions. Be available for Attendees.

  • 11:30am - 12:00pm

    Pre-Lunch Extended Break

    Be available for Attendees.

  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm

    Lunch

    Paid Corporate Partners/Sponsor are invited to join the Day 2 lunch with attendees.

  • 1:00pm - 4:30pm

    Day 2 Afternoon Sessions & Interim Breaks

    This session will be open to the single Session Event Sponsor for both the Day 2 Afternoon Sessions. Be available for Attendees.

  • 2:30pm - 3:00pm

    Afternoon Sessions Break & Raffle

    Be available for Attendees during the afternoon break and if raffling an item, be available for presentation.

  • 4:30pm - 5:30pm

    Conference Adjourn

    Use this time to egress from your Hall space.
