NWONL commences 2024 by presenting Members who have requested inclusion, invitation for the Development Commission. The NWONL Development Commission is a key working group with the focus on expanding the value of NWONL in support of Nursing Leaders. For 2024, this includes:

• Networking and Connection Sessions
• New Member Meet and Greet
• Scholarships
• Annual Conference Planning
• Annual Awards
• Improving Membership Communications
• Supporting Councils and peer Commissions
