Additional Information

All levels of nursing leadership require the accomplished ability to understand and apply employee retention and engagement strategies.

As Nursing Leaders, this skill set is critical for yourself, managing your care teams and ultimately leading your organizations. NWONL has partnered with Grand Canyon University to provide members and their guests, at no additional cost, access to their professional development series: OnPulse. The OnPulse events are held regularly with topics that are engaging for healthcare leaders at all levels of their leadership journey. We encourage you to join the next session.

Session Details:

With a primary focus on intergenerational dynamics, Dr. Moss offers contemporary and practical management strategies suitable for engaging and retaining the age-diverse workforce. She advocates globally for a fresh and purposeful approach to management to abate the intensifying stresses of modern day leadership.
