NWONL June CE/Learning: Supporting Our Leaders: Building Resilience in Nurse Management

Join us in June as we dive deeply into methodologies for supporting our nursing leaders.

This is a vital topic and a cornerstone of leader retention and advancement. This session is oriented toward leaders at all levels. Members & guests may attend.

Objectives:

• Participants will identify the 3 challenges that nurse managers face and understand how support can help.
• Participants will understand the steps involved in designing and implementing Quality Improvement (QI) projects to enhance nurse manager well-being.
• Participants will learn how to set up support networks that help nurse managers feel more connected and supported at work.

CE Requirements:

• 1CE is available for members (included in their NWONL membership) who attend and meet CE requirements. 
• An active RN license is required.
• CE will be provided upon completion of attendance and post-session survey.
