Leaders, join the Portland & Vancouver Council for the book club March focus: "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team", by Patrick Lencioni. A leadership classic that reveals why even talented teams often struggle to perform—and how to overcome those challenges.

• The PDX/Van Book Club is open to all NWONL Members and Guests, regardless of region and is held virtually.

For members in the Portland & Vancouver area interested in attending the post-session in-person meetup: The post-session is 4:30-5:30pm, at Lazy Days Brewing, coordinated directly by NWONL Member & Leader, Joe Seeberger.
