Leaders, join the Portland & Vancouver Council for the book club February focus: "The Toyota Way. 14 Management Principles" by Jeffrey Liker. A fascinating look at the origins of Lean thinking and how a company transformed the world—not just by making cars, but by redefining leadership and continuous improvement.

• The PDX/Van Book Club is open to all NWONL Members and Guests, regardless of region and is held virtually.

For members in the Portland & Vancouver area interested in attending the post-session in-person meetup: The post-session is 4:30-5:30pm, at Lazy Days Brewing, coordinated directly by NWONL Member & Leader, Joe Seeberger.
