Posted almost 2 years ago
For nurse leaders, the road to building healthy work environments is daunting.
Staffing shortages, burnout, schedules, and more can make it feel like a lonely job destined to fail. How can nurse leaders build connection, trust, and courage in nursing teams without having to constantly contort themselves? This interactive session will examine strategies for building team care between and amongst nursing staff that create sustainable health at work. This session is part one of two in a professional development series provided by Moe Carrick. These sessions are provided to NWONL and ACNL collaborative members and guests as part of their membership.
