NWONL - November 15th CNO and Dean Rounding Focus is the State of Long Term Care

For November, the focus for senior leadership is better understanding the state of long term care (LTC). Both CNO's as well as Deans will benefit from learning more about the challenges facing LTC both from preparing nurses to work in these environments as well as how best to support the discharge process.
