Learn how leaders at Harborview's Level 1 Trauma Center strengthened the culture of nurse leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration. 

Objectives: 
  • Review the structure of an interdisciplinary leadership development program.
  • Understand how the program aligns with the organizations mission, vision and strategic goals.
  • Describe two ways to champion, inspire and engage colleagues to embrace a culture of interdisciplinary leadership. 

CE is available for NWONL members and ACNL member affiliates. Non-members may attend as a learning session.
