Leading with Purpose: Impacting our Future Together
Portland Waterfront, May 18-20th:
- Sunday May 18th early check-in at 3pm, followed by opening session and a catered evening social.
- Monday May 19th is a full conference day! Morning checkin along with breakfast and then a full day of engaging sessions. Join us for a fun filled evening, NWONL Awards and sponsored dinner party.
- Tuesday May 20th half day, launching with breakfast, then closing our conference with culminating session. Adjournment at noon.

- Quality: Nurse leaders play a vital role in fostering quality by supporting and empowering nurses to recognize, embrace, and activate their roles and contributions in achieving excellence in the workplace.
- Applied Resilience: Learn new skills or refine what you already know about the ability to persevere in your career as a nurse leader navigate the complexities and challenges of today's work environments.
- Healthy Workplaces: Creating and sustaining a healthy work environment is essential for achieving excellence in nursing practice. Nurse leaders are critical in fostering collaboration, mutual respect, and professional fulfillment.
- Staff Development: Cultivating clinical expertise and passion begins with leaders who truly know their nurses. By fostering curiosity and providing opportunities for growth, leaders empower nurses to expand their skills, enhance their contributions, and find deeper fulfillment within their current roles.

NWONL strives to deliver an Annual Conference that is valuable to our members and a premier Nurse Leader event in the Northwest.
