Our shared reality: Nursing is ever expanding in its scope of practice. Understanding and supporting advanced nursing practice in this evolution is absolutely part of our core tenants. Our February NWONL learning session is focused on the Nurse Leaders role in supporting and advocating for the Nurse Practitioner workforce.
NPs play a critical role in the healthcare delivery and the challenges around their training and integration into practice has its challenges. However, there is a shared goal of ensuring that they are well prepared, supported and positioned to thrive in their roles. We are convening regional subject matter experts and invite you to join the discussion.
