Leaders, join us on January 26th at 11am - 12:00pm PT for a 1.0 CE Session: Developing the Leader Within - Addressing Nurse Manager Turnover Retention

This session guides participants through the development of a low-cost leadership development program (LDP) founded on nurse leader competencies using micro didactic learning, self-reflection, and peer learning communities to decrease nurse manager (NM) turnover intention. Program topics and learning activity examples will be shared. Review of pre-and post-program data of leader efficacy, burnout, and NM turnover retention will be reviewed.
